Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lendoop platform operated by Lendoop Lending, LLC. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Requests are subject to review, and we may ask for more information or decline a request as permitted by law.

You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in a request being declined or other action permitted by law.

By using the platform, you agree that we may provide agreements, notices, and other communications to you electronically, and that your electronic acceptance is binding.

If your request is approved, your rate, fees, payment schedule, and total cost are shown to you in full before you agree. Once accepted, those documents govern your loan.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another person’s information, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

The platform is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
